工学结合、校企合作是当前高职院校推行的人才培养模式,是加强学生的生产实习和社会实践方式,是从封闭的学校教育走向开放的社会教育,也是以学校和课堂为中心的传统人才培养模式的改革。然而,“工学结合”期间学生的成绩考核制度不尽完善,不同的学校也在积极的研究和摸索之中,本文以南京信息职业技术学院“工学结合”实例为研究对象,探讨学业评价机制。
The combination of work and study and the cooperation between school and enterprise are the training models for talents in higher vocational colleges. They are to strengthen students’ practice of production internship and social practice. They are from closed school education to open social education. They are also schools and classroom-centered traditions Reform of Talent Training Mode. However, during the “combination of work and study”, the students ’performance appraisal system is not perfect, and different schools are actively studying and exploring. This paper takes Nanjing Institute of Information Technology ’ Academic evaluation mechanism.
