广东地理环境特殊,人民思想比较开放,很早就有与海外交往的传统。自改革开放以来,广东成了对外开放的窗口。早在70年代末,在建筑设计领域,开始引进一些国外先进的居住小区规划思想。一个成功的例子是广州东山区东湖新村的规划建设,这是由香港建筑师、“华厦意匠”一书的作者李允铄先生主笔设计的。该规划设计,讲究环境整体效益,住宅用连廊、平台联系,人车分流,较传统的行列式布局有了较大的改进,对其后的小区规划有一定的指导作用。自从改革开放以来,我院与海外
Guangdong has a unique geographical environment. The people’s thinking is relatively open and there has been a long tradition of dealing with overseas countries. Since the reform and opening up, Guangdong has become a window opening to the outside world. As early as the late 1970s, in the field of architectural design, the introduction of some advanced foreign residential district planning ideas. A successful example is the planning and construction of Donghu New Village in Dongshan District of Guangzhou. This was designed by the Hong Kong architect and the author of the book “Huasha Conception”.
