48年来,湖南的汽车运输,从无到有,由小到大,特别是改革开放18年来,发生了翻天覆地的变化。1986年与1996年相比,公路里程由5.5万公里增加到6万公里,等级公路由2.1万公里增加到3.1万公里,桥梁由20万米增加到27万米,高等级公路由零增加到369公里,民用汽车由6.5万辆增加到37.5万辆,车辆维修厂点由165个增加到1万余个,年客运量由1.8亿人增加到7.1亿
Over the past 48 years, automobile transportation in Hunan has seen tremendous changes from scratch, from small to large, especially since 18 years of reform and opening up.
