目前,消费者对于食品质量的要求和关注逐渐提高,从过去报道的案例来看,我国食品安全事件确实进入一个多发期,这与当前飞速发展的经济、社会发展水平密不可分。换句话说,人民生活水平的提高和收入上升推动了食品生产和加工业迅速发展,但食品安全监管和消费者保护制度却相对滞后,两者之间的矛盾在媒体和社会大众的聚光灯下被放大,从而引起了社会大众对食品安全产生了巨大的不满和失望。
At present, the consumers’ requirements and concerns for food quality are gradually increasing. From the cases reported in the past, food safety incidents in China have indeed entered a multiple period, which is closely linked with the rapid economic and social development at present. In other words, the improvement of people’s living standards and rising incomes have promoted the rapid development of food production and processing industries. However, food safety regulation and consumer protection systems are lagging behind. The contradictions between the two have been under the spotlight of the media and the general public Zoom in, causing the public to have a huge food dissatisfaction and disappointment.
