舌淋巴管瘤并不太罕见,国内文献中曾见有几篇报告,其中以王迺(讠千)报告中,有病史达27年的一例先天性舌淋巴管瘤为最大,就笔者所阅国内外文献中,未曾见到有本例之巨大者,因其罕见,又在偏僻山区最基层医院(区卫生院)顺利完成手术,经近期随访,效果良好,报告如下,供参考。宋×女 21岁未婚巴东县农民初诊日期:1974年3月29日。病史提供者:患者之兄姊。主诉;巨舌突出口外,影响进食,语言及劳动已十多年。
