我国的战略性海洋新兴产业主要包括海洋生物医药、海水利用、海洋可再生能源和海洋工程装备等产业,战略性海洋新兴产业具有巨大的发展潜力和良好的发展机遇。环渤海地区的战略性海洋新兴产业起步较早,在产业规模、产业技术等方面具有一定优势,其经验对其他沿海地区发展战略性海洋新兴产业具有一定的参考价值。当前,应通过建立政府调节和市场调节相结合的产业发展调节机制、保护海洋生态环境、建立海洋资源开发投入机制、促进海洋科技成果转化等途径加快发展战略性海洋新兴产业。
The strategic marine emerging industries in our country mainly include such industries as marine biomedicine, seawater utilization, marine renewable energy and marine engineering equipment. The strategic marine emerging industries have great potential for development and good opportunities for development. The strategic marine emerging industries in the Bohai Rim have started early and have some advantages in terms of industrial scale and industrial technology. Their experience has certain reference value for the development of strategic marine emerging industries in other coastal areas.
