任何一所学校的发展都离不开两支重要的队伍,一是班主任队伍,二是备课组长队伍。班主任承担着对班级的管理,教育和引导;而备课组长则肩负着这一门学科的发展,备课组长的工作直接决定着这一门学科教学质量的高低。换言之,备课组长的工作影响的不是一名学生,而是整个年级的学生。在此,笔者结合做备课组长的亲身经历来谈一谈如何当好一名备课组长,不当之处,请各位领导、专家和同仁批评指正。一、备课组的最终奋斗目标一个备课组无论大小,其工作都是千头万绪的:有制定合理的教学计划和安排,集体备课,编制高质量的教学
The development of any one school can not do without two important teams, one is the team leader team, the second is team leader team. The head teacher undertakes the management, education and guidance of the class; and the leader of the lesson preparation shoulders the development of this discipline. The work of lesson leader directly determines the quality of teaching in this discipline. In other words, the leader of a lesson preparation team does not affect one student but the entire grade. Here, the author combined with the personal experience of team leader to talk about how to be a leader of lesson planning, inappropriate, please leaders, experts and colleagues criticize and correct. First, the ultimate goal of lesson preparation group A lesson preparation group regardless of size, its work is a multitude of things: there is a reasonable teaching plan and arrangements, the collective lesson preparation, preparation of high-quality teaching
