目的探讨高敏C-反应蛋白(High sensitivity C-reactive protein,Hs-CRP)、可溶性细胞表面分化抗原40及其配体(sCD40/CD40L)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(Matrix metallo proteinases-9,MMP-9)在脑梗死后斑块破裂局部和外周血含量的变化,破裂斑块和未破裂斑块炎性因子的变化是否存在差异,并与常规动脉造影组进行对比。方法急性脑梗塞动脉溶栓组和常规血管造影组分别取局部动脉血和外周静脉血进行上述炎症介质测定。结果动脉溶栓组炎症介质显著高于常规血管造影组,但动静脉相比较差异无统计学意义。结论Hs-CRP、sCD40/CD40L和MMP-9在急性脑梗死时明显高于正常,但局部血与静脉血无明显差异。
Objective To investigate the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), soluble cell surface differentiation antigen 40 and its ligand (sCD40 / CD40L) and matrix metallo proteinases-9 (MMP- 9) Changes in local and peripheral blood levels of plaque rupture after cerebral infarction, and whether there is any difference in inflammatory factors between ruptured plaque and non-ruptured plaque, and compared with conventional arterial angiography. Methods Acute cerebral infarction arterial thrombolysis group and conventional angiography group were taken local arterial blood and peripheral venous blood for the above inflammatory mediators. Results The inflammatory mediators in arterial thrombolysis group were significantly higher than those in conventional angiography group, but there was no significant difference in arteriovenous between the two groups. Conclusions Hs-CRP, sCD40 / CD40L and MMP-9 in acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than normal, but there was no significant difference between local blood and venous blood.
