本刊今年第一期登出组织关于“我国林业资金问题”专题讨论启事后,收到大量来稿,其中有理论上的探索,也有对实践的总结和思考。现行林业资金管理体制已受到整个经济体制改革,尤其是财政、金融体制改革的冲击。建立林业银行,实行青山商品化,生态效益商品化,建立以产品经济为特征林价制度等目前是否可行,如何筹集林业资金,如何使林业资金管理体制适合商品经济的发展,林业经济理论界人士对此进行了思考。从本期起,我们增开“林业资金问题”栏目,欢迎林业经济界同仁及社会各界有识之士对此提出自己的观点、看法和建议,也可对刊出的文章提出不同的见解,以展开热烈讨论,使这块小小的园地发挥更大的作用。
