高校工会在高校管理中具有重要作用。当前高校工会存在认识不够、工作实效性缺乏保证、高校干部队伍建设有待加强、管理创新需待提高等一系列问题。因此,通过强化高校工会政治意识、学习意识、队伍建设意识、责任意识、师德师风建设意识、创新能力意识等提高高校工会工作的水平。
College unions play an important role in the management of colleges and universities. At present, there are not enough understanding of labor unions in colleges and universities, lack of guarantee for the actual effectiveness of the work, the need to strengthen the building of contingent of cadres in colleges and universities, and the need for management innovation to be improved. Therefore, we should improve the level of union work in colleges and universities by strengthening the awareness of political awareness, learning awareness, team building awareness, responsibility awareness, ethics and morality of teachers in colleges and universities, awareness of innovative abilities and so on.
