农村是气象防灾减灾薄弱地区,气象防灾减灾任务艰巨。针对农业气象灾害和农业气象防灾减灾工作中面临的薄弱环节,从加快发展适应现代农业发展的观测站网、建立灾害预测预报体系、建立气象灾害监测评估体系、建立灾害应急响应体系、加大气象科普知识宣传力度等方面入手,采取切实可行对策,提升气象为农业防灾减灾服务的水平。
