广东省人大财经委会同省商业厅和省供销社有关负责同志,于今年3、4月间,到江门、肇庆及新兴等地,对国营商业、供销社1990年的经济效益下降问题进行调查;5月中旬,又到阳江、茂名、湛江及阳春、高州等地作了补充调查。先后召开了18次座谈会,看了两个个体批发商业街。调查组总的认为,5市3县政府在市场持续疲软的情况
The responsible comrades of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress Financial Committee and the Provincial Department of Commerce and the Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative conducted investigations into the economic benefits of the state-owned commercial and supply and marketing cooperatives in 1990 in March and April this year in Jiangmen, Zhaoqing and Xinxing. In mid-May, additional investigations were conducted in Yangjiang, Maoming, Zhanjiang, Yangchun and Gaozhou. Held 18 seminars and saw two individual wholesale commercial streets. The survey team generally believes that the five cities and three county governments have continued to weaken in the market
