联合国教科文组织的全体研究项目“研究单位的组织和活动的国际比较研究”的重要成果之一《科技潜力:结构、动态、效率》一书,于1987年由苏联基辅科学思想出版社出版,全书345页(俄文版),用俄文、英文、西班牙文三种文字写成。该书由苏联著名科学学专家多勃罗夫和B.E.通卡利领衔主编,作者集体由41位专家组成,其中包括苏联的23位专家和该项目的其他参加国的18位专家。这是一本全方位地深入研究科技潜力的学术专著,集中地反映了该项目的参加国关于科技潜力研究和开发的宝贵经验和理论成果。
UNESCO's research project “international comparative study of organization and activities of research units,” one of the important achievements of “science and technology potential: structure, dynamics, efficiency,” a book, in 1987 by the Soviet Union Kiev scientific thought Publishing House Published, the book 345 (Russian version), written in Russian, English, Spanish three languages. The book is led by Dobrov and B. E. Tonkari, famous experts in Soviet science. The author is a collective of 41 experts, including 23 experts from the Soviet Union and 18 experts from other participating countries of the project. This is a comprehensive and in-depth study of the potential of science and technology monographs, focused on reflecting the participating countries on the potential of science and technology research and development of valuable experience and theoretical achievements.
