神华黄骅港务有限责任公司成立于1997年11月,是神华集团和河北省建设投资公司共同出资组建的有限责任公司,是黄骅港的项目法人,负责黄骅港的开发、建设和经营。黄骅港是江泽民总书记在党的十四大报告中提出的我国世纪重点工程——西煤东运第二条大通道的出海口,为神华工程的重要组成部分。黄骅港位于河北省沧州市东部的漳卫新河和宣惠河交汇入海处,北临天津,南接山东省滨州,隔漳卫新河与滨州港相通。在海上,距天津港60海里,距山东龙口港149海里,在陆上,与沧州、衡水、保定、石家庄、邢台、邯郸分别相距85公里、226公里、230公里、323公里、400公里、455公里,地理位置优越,是冀中南及晋中、陕北、内蒙古、鲁西北等部分地区物
Shenhua Huanghua Port Co., Ltd. was established in November 1997 as a limited liability company co-funded by Shenhua Group and Hebei Construction Investment Company. It is a legal entity of Huanghua Port and is responsible for the development, construction and operation of Huanghua Port.
