江总书记关于“三个代表”的论述中“代表人民群众的根本利益”是其他两个“代表”的落脚点，也是党的事业的出发点和归宿。我们不仅要深刻理解“党是中国各族人民根本利益的忠实代表”的内涵，更要用行动来代表好人民的根本利益，从而赢得人民的信任和支持，带领人民前进。
In his account of “Three Represents ”, General Secretary Jiang held that “the fundamental interest of the people in behalf of the people” is the foothold of the other two “representatives” and also the starting point and destination of the party’s cause. We must not only profoundly understand the connotation of “the party is the loyal representative of the fundamental interests of the people of all ethnic groups in China,” but also use actions to represent the fundamental interests of the people so as to win people’s trust and support and lead the people forward.
