建筑采暖施工中,组对散热器的工作量比较大,尤其是制作厚3毫米石棉板垫圈劳动强度大,传统作法有两种:一是用剪刀手工剪制。这种方法不仅容易将石棉板撕裂,产生误差,而且工效低,操作不熟练容易剪成椭圆形。另一种是将石棉板放在片铁管上,用手锤砸出垫片的内外径。这种方法容易将石棉板砸裂、折断,有时还会产生垫片内径过大或过小等毛病。
In the construction of buildings, the work load of the radiators is relatively large. In particular, the washers used to make thick 3 mm asbestos plates are labor-intensive. There are two traditional methods: First, cut them manually with scissors. This method is not only easy to tear the asbestos board, resulting in errors, but also low ergonomics, unskilled operation is easy to cut into an oval shape. The other is to put the asbestos plate on the sheet iron pipe, hammer out the inner and outer diameters of the gasket by hand. This method is easy to split the asbestos board, break, and sometimes produce too large or too small gasket inner diameter and other problems.
