本文根据我国电力牵引网的特点,探讨了用微处理机实现其继电保护和故障测距的具体方案。文中对BT供电方式牵引网的短路电抗—故障距离特性作了深入分析,在此基础上提出数学模型作为微机故障测距方案的理论依据。采用在电流峰值点开放数据窗的技术,提高了距离保护付氏算法抑制暂态直流的能力。本方案在CESEC微机上进行了模拟试验,保护性能和测距精度都达到了要求。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of China’s electric traction network, probing into the use of microprocessors to achieve the relay protection and fault location of the specific program. In this paper, the short-circuit reactance-fault distance characteristic of traction network of BT power supply is analyzed in detail. Based on this, the mathematical model is proposed as the theoretical basis of the fault location scheme of microcomputer. Adopting the technology of opening the data window at the peak current point improves the ability of distance protection Fu’s algorithm to suppress transient DC. The program in the CESEC computer simulation test, the protection performance and ranging accuracy have reached the requirements.
