目的:分离、鉴定鸦胆子内生真菌,并考察其抑菌活性。方法:采用组织分离法对鸦胆子内生真菌进行分离,并根据形态特征进行鉴定。采用对峙法和管碟法分别测定对7种植物病原真菌和3种细菌的抑制作用。结果:从鸦胆子的根、茎、叶和果实共分离到83株内生真菌,其中,茎分离纯化得到34株内生真菌;叶分离纯化得到32株内生真菌;根分离纯化得到15株内生真菌;果实分离纯化得到2株内生真菌。已鉴定的73株内生真菌分属于5目6科12属,其中14株内生真菌对至少1种植物病原真菌有拮抗活性;9株内生真菌的代谢产物对1种以上细菌有抑制作用,尤其是拟茎点霉属菌株YJ-17对指示菌的抑菌活性较强。结论:鸦胆子内生真菌种类丰富,且具有抑菌活性,值得在病害防治方面作进一步深入研究。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify endophytic fungi of Brucea javanica and study its antibacterial activity. Methods: Endophytic fungi of Brucea javanica were isolated by tissue separation and identified according to morphological characteristics. Inhibitory effects on seven kinds of plant pathogenic fungi and three kinds of bacteria were determined by confrontation method and tube-plate method respectively. Results: 83 endophytic fungi were isolated from roots, stems, leaves and fruits of Brucea javanica, 34 endophytic fungi were isolated and purified from stem, 32 endophytic fungi were isolated and purified from leaves, and 15 were isolated and purified from roots Endophytic fungi; 2 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated and purified. The 73 endophytic fungi identified belong to 5 orders, 6 families and 12 genera, of which 14 endophytic fungi antagonistic activity to at least one plant pathogenic fungi; 9 endophytic fungi metabolites have an inhibitory effect on more than one bacteria , Especially Phomopsis sp. Strain YJ-17 showed strong antibacterial activity against indicator bacteria. Conclusion: The endophytic fungi of Brucea javanica is rich in variety and has antibacterial activity, which deserves further study in disease prevention and treatment.
