近年来,跨国企业的国际化、联盟化,竞争与合作的趋势仍在继续。这一国际化的趋势要求中国的跨国企业不仅要加强自身建设和发展,而且必须高度重视跨国企业的管理和公司治理问题,以真正提高跨国企业的核心竞争力。在跨国企业的经营管理过程中,如何突出财务管理的地位和作用,建立、健全科学、合理、有效的跨国企业财务管理模式是非常必要和非常及时的。
In recent years, the trend of internationalization, coalition, competition and cooperation of multinational enterprises continues. This international trend requires that multinational corporations in China not only strengthen their own construction and development, but also attach great importance to the management and corporate governance of multinational enterprises in order to truly enhance the core competitiveness of multinational enterprises. How to highlight the status and function of financial management in establishing and improving a scientific, reasonable and effective financial management model for MNCs is very necessary and very timely in the process of MNCs’ management.
