路基冻胀是北方铁路工程常见的病害之一,对于路堤地段最有效的办法是换土进行彻底整治,但对京哈线(秦沈段)发生在涵上填土部分的路基冻胀采用换土的方法对既有铁路运输影响较大。通过反复研究和现场试验,决定采取平孔排水结合涵顶板铺设EPS保温板的方法进行整治,达到了通风、干燥、排水、消能、保温等作用。
Subgrade frost heave is one of the common diseases of northern railway projects. The most effective way for embankment lots is to conduct thorough remediation, but the subgrade frost heaving occurred on the Jing-Ha line (Qin-Shen section) The soil method has a great influence on the existing railway transportation. Through repeated studies and field tests, it was decided to adopt the method of flat hole drainage combined with roofing plate laying EPS insulation board for remediation, reaching the role of ventilation, drying, drainage, energy dissipation, insulation and so on.
