事业单位中,工会是为职工争取最大权益,谋福利的组织,其工作目标是倾听民声、反映民声、听取民意、扶贫救弱。积极推进事业单位工会财务工作的管理,能够有效地保障工会的物质基础,并且还是规范会计核算、落实财务会计的制度关键。基于此,做好工会财务工作需要不断改善财务管理工作,制定出合理的解决措施及方法,进而促进财务管理的规范化建设。
