肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)是引起小儿呼吸道疾病的常见病原体之一,亦可导致心、肝、肾、胃肠道、脑、血液等肺外各种器官损害。自20世纪90年代以来,随着呼吸道感染病原学的变迁,MP感染有逐年增多的趋势,据文献报道我国MP感染率在流行高峰期可达33%~35%~([1]),国外可高达50%~([2])。MP感染的发病率由于患儿的年龄、地区、发病季节以及是否流行年各地区报道差异较大,过去认为MP感染多见于5岁以上学龄儿童及青少年,近年来好发年龄有提前趋势。为了解MP感染发病特点,我们对2007年10月至2008年10月在我科就诊疑似MP感染的患儿进行MP抗体检
Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is one of the most common pathogens causing respiratory diseases in children. It can also cause damage to various organs in the lungs such as heart, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract, brain and blood. Since the 1990s, with the change of the etiology of respiratory tract infection, MP infection has been increasing year by year. According to the literature, the MP infection rate in our country is up to 33% ~ 35% ~ ([1]) at the peak of the epidemic. Up to 50% ~ ([2]).
