利用HL-1500横流CO2激光加工机对40Cr钢表面进行激光相变硬化处理,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计、恒电位仪、磨损试验机等研究了不同扫描间距对激光相变硬化层组织性能的影响.结果表明:激光相变硬化层主要由Fe、Fe3C、Fe-Cr、Cr3C2等相组成.当扫描间距为8 mm时,回火作用显著,扫描间距为16 mm时,回火作用不明显.试样的显微硬度随扫描间距的增大先升高后降低,扫描间距为12 mm时,试样的平均显微硬度最高,为794.7 MPa.随着扫描间距的增加,耐蚀性和耐磨性均增强.
The surface of 40Cr steel was treated by laser phase transformation hardening with HL-1500 cross-flow CO2 laser processing machine. The effects of different scanning pitches on the laser phase were studied by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, microhardness tester, potentiostat and wear tester. The results show that the laser phase-hardened layer is mainly composed of Fe, Fe3C, Fe-Cr, Cr3C2 phases, etc. When the scanning distance is 8 mm, the tempering effect is remarkable. When the scanning pitch is 16 mm , The tempering effect is not obvious.The microhardness of the sample first increases and then decreases with the increase of the scanning distance.The average microhardness of the sample is the highest at 794.7 MPa with the scanning pitch of 12 mm.With the scanning pitch Increase, corrosion resistance and wear resistance are enhanced.
