随着经济社会的发展,停车难和交通拥堵问题几乎成为城市困惑。而曾感同身受的贵州省毕节市金沙县,在实施文明交通行动计划的工作中,深入研究停车难和城市拥堵问题,在县委、政府的领导下,各有关部门通过不断总结与分析、创新思路、先行先试,提炼出搞好两对“关系”和坚持一个“法则”的创举,构筑了有效解决停车难和交通拥堵问题的“金沙模式”。两对“关系”:赢得百姓掌声一片
