患者女24岁,孕1产0。孕22周时,超声检查:单活胎,孕妇双侧附件区囊肿。孕37~(+6)周,超声检查:孕妇双侧附件区仍可见囊性包块,大小变化不大。均未做任何处理。孕39周来我院住院待产,经查体温36.6℃。血常规:白细胞10.65×10~9/L;中性粒细胞百分比:88.1%。血红蛋白浓度10~5 g/L。超声检查:孕妇左、右下腹子宫两侧分别可见一囊性包块,大小分别为14.9 cm×7.9 cm×9.9 cm、12.3cm×8.1 cm×6.4 cm,壁厚0.4 cm,边界清,形态
