随着高校科研能力的不断提高,国家赋予高校的科研任务愈来愈重,高校直接参与创新科研项目愈来愈多,其科研经费同比例不断攀升。但就目前高校科研经费管理现状来看,令人堪忧。如何管好、用好科研经费,提高科研经费使用效率,确保科研工作顺利进行,已成为当前高校管理亟待解决的重要课题。
With the continuous improvement of scientific research ability in colleges and universities, the state has given more and more scientific research tasks to universities. Universities are directly involved in more and more innovative and scientific research projects, and their research funding is constantly rising with the proportion. However, the present situation of university research funding management is troubling. How to manage well, make good use of scientific research funds, improve the efficiency of scientific research funding, and ensure the smooth progress of scientific research has become an important issue to be solved urgently in university management.
