近些年来“责任政府”越来越受到人们的关注,它是民主与宪政的体现,有利于监督和规范政府行为,督促行政人员依法行政。2008年问责风暴以来,我国政府开展了一系列的行政问责活动,取得了一定的成效,但我们也应看到这其中还有许多困难和问题亟待解决。本文将对我国的行政问责制度进行分析,提出我国行政问责制度现存的问题,并提出自己的一些看法。
In recent years, “responsible government” has drawn more and more attention. It is a manifestation of democracy and constitutional government, which is conducive to the supervision and regulation of government behavior and urges administrative personnel to administer according to law. Since the accountability storm in 2008, our government has conducted a series of administrative accountability activities and achieved some success. However, we should also see that there are still many difficulties and problems that need to be solved urgently. This article will analyze the administrative accountability system in our country, put forward the existing problems of the administrative accountability system in our country, and put forward some opinions of our own.
