2004年,北京市西城区教委建立了西城教育研修网。教育研修网走过3年,为小学和初中课程改革的大面积推进、为教师个人专业能力的提高、为区域教育教学水平的提高,提供了一个意义深远的支持平台。2007年秋,随着北京市高中新课改的进入,加强高中教师的培训、研修工作将成为一种迫切需求,在此过程中,教育研修网不但将是课改推进工作的重要推动力之一,也将是教师专业成长的重要阵地之一。
In 2004, the Xicheng District Education Committee of Beijing established the Xicheng Education Research Network. The Education and Research Network has gone through 3 years, providing a far-reaching support platform for the advancement of the primary and junior high school curriculum reforms, for the improvement of individual professional competence of teachers, and for the improvement of regional education and teaching standards. In the autumn of 2007, with the entry of new high school reforms in Beijing, it will become an urgent need to strengthen the training and research work for high school teachers. In the process, the education and research network will not only be an important driving force for the reform of the curriculum. It will also be one of the important positions for teacher professional growth.
