1987年2月28日至3月9日,我县某中学一批学生突然出现双侧足趾、足底疼痛,部分伴有下肢不同程度浮肿的现象,现将调查结果报告如下。一、发病经过 1987年2月28日,有15人突然发生肢端疼痛,步行困难,此后每日都有10例左右新发病例,3月9日终止发病,当日仅报告1例。患者均为学生。有8例经乡卫生院门诊消炎止痛对症治疗,1例服中药五苓散加减3剂后好转,其余病人未作任何处理,全部自愈。
