在氨性介质中直接进行原子吸收测定银,具有简便、快速和易于操作的特点,但最近发现,锰、硫的存在使结果偏低。鉴于这种情况,我们在原有方法的基础上,着重对锰的干扰及消除进行了试验。硫的干扰可在溶样时适当增加盐酸延长加热时间以除去;而锰的干扰则通过加酒石酸铵作络合剂的方法加以掩蔽。此法比用过氧化氢消除锰的干扰,具有操作更加简便,溶液无沉淀,结果准确,放置时间长,重现性良好等优点。
The direct determination of silver by atomic absorption in a ammoniacal medium is simple, rapid and easy to handle. However, it has recently been found that the presence of manganese and sulfur has resulted in low results. In view of this situation, we have conducted experiments on the basis of the original method, focusing on the interference and elimination of manganese. Sulfur interference in the sample can be appropriately increased hydrochloric acid to extend the heating time to remove; and manganese interference by adding ammonium tartrate as a complexing agent to be masked. This method than the use of hydrogen peroxide to eliminate the interference of manganese, with a more simple operation, the solution without precipitation, the result is accurate, place a long time, good reproducibility and so on.
