经过“十五”期间的快速发展, 宁波经济基础全面提升,居民收入水平不断提高,生态环境意识不断增强,社会发展环境不断完善。但是,对照以人为本的科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,对照日趋激烈的竞争态势,对照人民群众日益增长的精神文化和公共服务需求,宁波的社会发展仍然存在许多不足。
After the rapid development during the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, the economic foundation of Ningbo has been promoted in an all-round way. The income level of residents has been continuously improved, the awareness of ecological environment has been continuously enhanced, and the social development environment has been continuously improved. However, in contrast to the people-oriented scientific concept of development and the requirement of building a harmonious socialist society, in contrast with the increasingly fierce competitive situation and with the ever-increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people and public services, there are still many shortcomings in Ningbo’s social development.
