提出由于DHT－B型电子恒功率调节器反馈系统和控制系统失效造成东7型机车窜车故障这一问题，分析故障发生的原因，提出改进措施及建议。
It is put forward that the failure of Dash 7 locomotive caused by the failure of feedback system and control system of DHT-B electronic constant power regulator is analyzed, the reason of the failure is analyzed, and the improvement measures and suggestions are put forward.
