目的 探讨罕见的放射治疗远期并发症—放射治疗诱发脑膜瘤的临床特点。方法 追踪了43 年前应用大剂量X 线治疗头癣的12 例患者(男6 例,女6 例),其中3 例发生了脑膜瘤,并经手术病理证实。结果 12 例患儿放射治疗时年龄4 ~6 岁,中位年龄5 .5 岁。3 例脑膜瘤患者发病的年龄为35 ~48 岁,中位年龄为38 岁。其平均发病潜伏期为35 年。结论 放射治疗诱发的脑膜瘤潜伏期长,常呈非典型性,且易复发。儿童是诱发脑膜瘤的易感年龄段。良性肿瘤应慎用放射治疗
Objective To investigate the rare long-term complications of radiation therapy - the clinical features of radiation-induced meningioma. METHODS: Twelve patients (6 males and 6 females) who were treated with high-dose X-ray 43 years ago for tinea capitis were followed up, of whom 3 had meningioma and were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results 12 cases of children aged 4 to 6 years old radiotherapy, the median age of 5.5 years old. The incidence of meningioma in 3 patients was 35 to 48 years, with a median age of 38 years. The average incubation period of 35 years. Conclusion Radiation therapy-induced meningioma has a long incubation period and is often atypical and prone to recurrence. Children are susceptible to meningeal age. Benign tumors should be used with caution radiation therapy
