我们自1988—1994年应用醋酸确炎舒松—A,治疗输精管结扎术后精索病性结节,疗效较满意,特报告如下: 1、一般资料:7例均为门诊病人,皆为输精管结扎术后精索形成痛性结节,年龄32—45岁;双侧结节者6例,单侧1例;病程半年至3年。 2、治疗方法:注射药物为国产醋酸确炎舒松—A混悬液。醋酸确炎舒松A加2％利多卡因注射液,二者按1:1配制,混匀。局部皮肤常规消毒,戴无菌手套,左手拇指及食指捏紧并固定精索硬结,右手持注射器,将针
