从有关部门获悉,在危改试点项目安置补偿中关于非成套住宅超过40平方米的部分如何进行补偿等问题,北京市国土资源和房屋管理局下发了通知,对此进行了补充。
It was learned from relevant departments that Beijing Municipality Bureau of Land Resources and Housing issued a circular to supplement the resettlement compensation for the pilot projects on how to compensate for non-residential buildings over 40 square meters.
