卫生监督是政府管理社会公共卫生的基本手段和形式。公共卫生监督员是依法实施卫生监督工作的决定因素,尤其是一线专职卫生监督员的素质高低直接影响卫生监督工作质量。本文通过成都市专职卫生监督员现况调查,结合当前卫生监督工作任务就管理对策作一初步探讨。1 资料来源 资料来源于1997年10月成都市卫生局所属的各级卫生行政机关及卫生专业机构上报的由卫生部卫生监督司组织调查的公共卫生监督员登记表,经严格审核并用微机输入卫生部卫生监督工作办公室编制的公共卫生监督信息管理系统的数据库数据。调查对象为1997年7月1日在册的所有一线专职卫生监督员。2 结果与分析2.1 专职监督员专业配置尚需调整,繁重的监督任务和监督员
Health supervision is the basic means and form of government’s management of public health. Public health supervisors are the decisive factors in implementing health supervision according to law, especially the quality of first-line full-time health supervisors directly affects the quality of health supervision work. This article makes a preliminary discussion on the management countermeasures through the current situation investigation of full-time health supervisors in Chengdu and the task of current health supervision work. 1 Data source data comes from the public health supervisor registration form that was reported by the Health Supervision Department of the Ministry of Health and reported by the health administrative agencies and health professional organizations of the Health Bureau of Chengdu City in October 1997. The database data of the public health supervision information management system prepared by the Ministry of Health Supervision Office.
