为了满足冶金地质科研工作的需要,桂林冶金地质研究所岩矿室,在有关单位的支援下,利用旧式衍射仪的X射线发生器,制成一台CFX-1型弯晶X射线光谱仪。该仪器由分光主体、X射线发生器及自动显示记录装置等三大部分组成。它能直接对固体试样的多种元素作快速定性、定量分析。在波长分辨率、峰背比、能谱分辨率以及灵敏度等主要技术指标方面,均达到了设计要求。元素分析范围较广,周期表上的元素,原子序教20(钙)以上的均可分析。目前已做了Cu、Ni、Co、Fe、Mn、Cr等元素,对一些岩石和矿物试样作了常量元素及微量元素分析。结果表明:常量分析精度可达电探分析水平;对一些过渡元素分析灵敏度可达十万分之一至二。
In order to meet the needs of metallurgy geology research work, Guilin Institute of Metallurgy and Geology Institute rock chamber, with the support of the relevant units, the use of the old diffractometer X-ray generator, made of a CFX-1 type curved X-ray spectrometer. The instrument consists of three main components: a spectroscopic subject, an X-ray generator and an automatic display and recording device. It can directly qualitatively and quantitatively analyze various elements of solid samples. In the wavelength resolution, peak-to-back ratio, spectral resolution and sensitivity and other major technical indicators, have reached the design requirements. A wide range of elemental analysis, the elements of the periodic table, atomic number 20 (calcium) can be analyzed above. Has made Cu, Ni, Co, Fe, Mn, Cr and other elements, some of the rocks and mineral samples made of the elements and trace elements analysis. The results show that the precision of constant analysis can reach the level of electric exploration analysis and the sensitivity of some transition elements can reach one hundred thousandth to two.
