师生心理环境是基于师生关系基础上的师生心理态势。师生心理环境中各要素的变化,支配着师生教学行为的变化,对思想政治教学尤其是学生的学习发展具有重要影响。当前,在师生心理环境中,存在一些值得关注的问题和矛盾,其固然有社会环境、教育自身的影响,但教师作用最关键。因此,我们应当以提高教师素养为基础,推进师生心理环境的优化,促进思想政治教学有效性的提高。
Teachers and students psychological environment is based on the teacher-student relationship based on the psychological state of teachers and students. The changes of teachers’ and students’ psychological environment in various factors dominate the changes of teachers and students’ teaching behaviors, and have an important influence on the study of ideological and political education, especially the students. At present, there are some problems and contradictions worthy of attention in the psychological environment of teachers and students, which of course have the social environment and the influence of education themselves, but the teacher’s role is the most crucial. Therefore, on the basis of improving the quality of teachers, we should promote the optimization of psychological environment of teachers and students and promote the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.
