通过对对流过热器两次泄漏破口处的外观形貌和管子的金相组织分析 ,认定了爆管泄漏的主要原因 ,是管子的长时过热造成的材料蠕变损坏。并在此基础上 ,提出了设备运行和改造应注意的问题。
By analyzing the appearance and the microstructure of the pipe at the two leaks of the convection superheater, the main reason of the squib leak was identified as the creep damage of the material caused by prolonged overheating of the pipe. And on this basis, put forward the equipment operation and transformation should pay attention to the problem.
