本文针对模拟自动生产线的工作特点,提出了一种基于Profibus-DP现场总线的控制模式,着重讲述了Profibus-DP网络控制特点、构建以及技术实现的过程。整个控制系统采用Simens的S7-300作为主站,其余4个S7-200通过EM277模块挂靠在总线上,来实现整个模拟自动生产线的数据传输。这种做法大大提高了系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力。
In this paper, aiming at the working characteristics of analog automatic production line, a control mode based on Profibus-DP fieldbus is proposed, which mainly focuses on the characteristics, construction and implementation of Profibus-DP network control. The entire control system uses S7-300 Simens as the master station, and the remaining four S7-200 through the EM277 module anchored on the bus, to achieve the entire analog automatic production line data transmission. This approach greatly improves the system reliability and anti-interference ability.
