本文报告2例应用心得安纠正甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)的高血钙的疗效。2例均女性,年龄分别为24岁和64岁,临床及化验检查证实甲亢,并都有高钙血症。另有2例血清钙正常的甲亢病者作对照。先给患者从早上8时开始静注心得安每小时10毫克,持续12小时。其后继续口服心得安20毫克,4次/日,共3～4周。例1于第8天将心得安增至25毫克,4次/日。在口服心得安的同时给予他巴唑10毫克,3次/日。结果在输注心得安的12小时内,2例血清钙浓度
This article reports 2 cases of application of the experience to correct hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) of hypercalcemia. 2 cases were female, aged 24 and 64 respectively, clinical and laboratory tests confirmed hyperthyroidism, and have hypercalcemia.
