随着网络整合的逐步结束及三网融合的快速发展,广电网络原有的运维系统已经难以满足企业发展及客户服务的要求。在详细探讨广电发展环境变化及运维中心存在的问题的基础上,对运维中心的改造及建设提出了详细的方案及建议,对行业有一定的借鉴意义。
