1.前言高炉风口使用寿命是直接影响炼铁生产技术经济指标的重要因素之一,国内外对高炉风口的研究都非常重视,为提高高炉风口寿命,一般常从以下三方面加以研究和改进: 1.1 改进风口结构,提高冷却水的速度、以改善风口的冷却效率(如:贯流式风口、螺旋风口、整铸多环式风口等)。 1.2 改革风口材质,采用高纯度钢材压制成结构件等、以提高风口导热效率(如液锻风口等)
1. Introduction The service life of blast furnace tuyere is one of the important factors that directly affect the technical and economic indicators of ironmaking production. Domestic and foreign researches on blast furnace tuyeres attach great importance. In order to improve the blast furnace tuyere life, it is usually studied and improved from the following three aspects: 1.1 to improve the structure of the tuyere, improve the speed of the cooling water to improve the tuyere cooling efficiency (such as: cross-flow tuyere, screw tuyere, casting multi-ring tuyere, etc.). 1.2 reform tuyere material, using high-purity steel pressed into the structure, etc., in order to improve the thermal conductivity of the tuyere (such as liquid forging tuyere, etc.)
