To strengthen anti-corruption and build a clean government under the new situation, we must conscientiously explore the law against corruption and advocating a clean government under the conditions of a socialist market economy, unswervingly follow the road of combating corruption and building a clean government with Chinese characteristics, and in accordance with the principle of “ Outstanding Civilization Achievements ”, focusing on studying and drawing lessons from the experiences and practices of the international anti-corruption.
