房地产市场的价格控制着整个房地产经济的命脉,是房地产进行经济运营中的市场信号,具有一定的敏感性和重要性,所以房地产的价格水平一直备受社会公众的关注。由于影响房地产出现价格波动的原因复杂多变,能够准确反映房地产价格水平波动变化的工作,在全球范围内都面临着新的考验和挑战。不同商品的价格指数遵守的基本规律和要求是存在一定共性的,房地产价格现状统计工作的重点和难点是现代房地产行业中需要认清的问题。
