针对往复式车用空调压缩机噪声的产生机理以及传递路径,归纳和总结了目前常用的车用空调压缩机噪声分析和控制方法,并在此基础上提出利用小波包变换所具有的多分辨分析、自动伸缩的窗口、对突变信号的识别能力强等特征,可以准确地对压缩机噪声进行定位和分析。同时,本文还通过频率排序有效地消除了在小波包分解过程中的混频现象。最后,介绍了一些新的降噪方法,可以大大降低车用空调压缩机的噪声。
Aiming at the generation mechanism and transmission path of reciprocating automotive air conditioner compressor noise, the commonly used methods of noise analysis and control of automotive air conditioner compressor are summarized and analyzed. Based on this, a multi-resolution analysis based on wavelet packet transform , Automatic retractable window, mutation signal recognition ability and other characteristics, you can accurately locate and analyze the compressor noise. At the same time, this paper also effectively eliminates the frequency mixing phenomenon in the wavelet packet decomposition by frequency ordering. Finally, some new noise reduction methods are introduced, which can greatly reduce the noise of automotive air conditioning compressors.
