在对矿用瓦斯传感器的自动调校过程中,调校装置应能自动根据监测数据与标准浓度的偏差实时发出红外控制信号,以代替红外遥控器进行实时调校。为使调校装置能实时发出所配遥控器的红外编码,需将待调校传感器所配红外遥控器的编码传入调校装置。基于调校装置中的核心STC15W201S单片机,设计并实现了一种逆向破解现有遥控器的红外信号传输协议,由单片机根据该红外信号传输协议学习并接收红外控制信号,然后在调校矿用瓦斯传感器时能发出所需功能的红外控制信号,达到自动调校的目的。
In the process of automatic calibration of mine gas sensors, the calibration device should be able to automatically send out the infrared control signal according to the deviation of the monitoring data and the standard concentration in real time to replace the infrared remote control for real-time calibration. In order to make the calibration device send out the infrared code of the remote controller in real time, the code of the infrared remote control equipped with the sensor to be calibrated should be sent to the calibration device. Based on the core STC15W201S MCU in the calibrating device, an infrared signal transmission protocol is designed and implemented to reversely crack the existing remote controller. The singlechip learns and receives the infrared control signal according to the infrared signal transmission protocol. Then, When the sensor can send the desired function of the infrared control signal to achieve the purpose of automatic calibration.
