目的：观察婴幼儿疫苗接种后局部反应中使用止痛消炎软膏的疗效。方法对中心2009年至2012年因接种疫苗后出现局部反应的婴幼儿采用止痛消炎软膏局部外敷。结果2009年至2012年本中心免疫接种婴幼儿406742人，其中出现局部反应的143人，使用止痛消炎软膏外敷后，痊愈的138人，显效5人。结论婴幼儿疫苗接种后局部反应中使用止痛消炎软膏疗效较好。“,”Objective: To investigate the effects of external application of Analgestic & Anti-inflammatory Ointment to infantile topical skin reactions after vaccination. Application method: To local y applying Analgestic & Anti-inflammatory Ointment to infants who had topical skin reactions due to vaccination during 2009-2012 in our center. Results: For those 143 cases of topical skin reactions out of 406742 infants who had vaccination during 2009-2012 in our center, after application of Analgestic & Anti-inflammatory Ointment, 138 cases recovered, and 5 cases improved. Conclusion: Application of Analgestic & Anti-inflammatory Ointment to infantile topical skin reactions after vaccination has tangible effects.
