Car Dumper System(翻车机系统)是日照港80年代中期从英国Strench Henson公司引进的大型煤炭卸车系统,其中翻车机是该系统主要组成部分之一。功能是外推空车及牵引重车进翻车机内定位。该机由液压系统完成牵引臂抬落、机车行走制动和牵引钩头开启等主要动作。液压系统动力和控制部分由美国SPERRY VICKERS公司生产。自翻车机投运以来,液压系统经常出现高温故障,造成自动卸车作业线频繁中断。这种经常性高温故障,使系统压力、流量不稳,执行机构动作可靠性、稳定性下降;液压元件、密封件变性、磨损加剧,使用寿命下降,内外泄漏
