对Elymussibiricus,E.nutans,Agropyroncristatum,A.mongolicum以及新近驯化的Bromusciliatus等多年生禾本科牧草在田间和试验室测定了不同成熟阶段的种子水分、干物质积累、千粒重和种子生活力,并对与种子脱落相关的果穗形态构造进行了解剖学研究。结果表明,种子水分的减少和离区的发育对在成熟的中、后期种子脱落起主导作用。以种子含水率作为确定适宜采种期的时间指标,可以兼顾种子产量和品质两方面的因素。供试牧草最佳采收期的种子含水率分别是Bromusciliatus45~35%,E.sibilicus和E.nutans40~35%,A,cristatum和A,mongolicum30~20%。
To Elymussibiricus, E. nutans, Agropyron cristatum, A. mongolicum and newly domesticated Bromusciliatus were used to determine the seed moisture, dry matter accumulation, 1000-grain weight and seed viability at different maturity stages in the field and in the laboratory. An anatomical study was also conducted on the ear morphological structure associated with seed abscission . The results showed that the reduction of seed moisture and the development of the subregion played a leading role in the ripening of the middle and late seeds. Taking the moisture content of seeds as the time index to determine the appropriate seed-picking period, we can take into account both the yield and quality of seeds. The best water harvesting period for the test seed moisture content is Bromusciliatus 45 ~ 35%, E. sibilicus and E. nutans40 ~ 35%, A, cristatum and A, mongolicum30 ~ 20%.
